Our preferred shipping method within the UK is Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.
For International orders our preferred service is UPS – allow 7 working days approximately on overseas orders (depending on quantity).
Refunds and Returns
UK Edibles Packaging always endeavor to have all orders printed to specification and delivered in a timely manner. Due to the non-reusable nature of Printing Materials used, UK Edibles Packaging will not offer refunds on any Label / Sticker, or Order involving the printing of Goods, once the Goods have been printed. If an incorrect order is placed with us via the website, ensure you contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem before it goes to Print.
Please ensure that you quality check the order upon arrival and that any discrepancies or alleged errors are reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. We will assume that all orders not reported after this window have arrived in full.
